Mostly agree, but one explanation on #5 - SPOILERS


Regarding: 5) Sasha + Abraham managed to mow-down dozens of zombies, yet Glenn was untouched by friendly fire

While watching it, I thought the same thing. Reading an episode recap today, it became clear that Abe & Sasha were shooting from the side, not across from Glenn. Glenn against the wall was not in the stream of fire (and Sasha at least has already been established as a great shot), but anything not against the wall was. The walkers, except maybe 1 or 2, weren't against the wall.
